"Packed well"
Showed up in good shape. Box was solid, nothing leaked or got smashed. Nice amount of padding too, not overdone. Looked clean and neat, so I’m happy with it.

"My skin is finally settling down"
I’ve been dealing with breakouts for a while, so seeing them calm down after a few weeks felt like such a relief. I still get a few tiny spots here and there, but compared to how my skin used to look, it’s so much better now. Even my sister noticed and asked what I’d been doing differently.

"Saw a little difference, but not sure it was worth it"
I used this for a couple months, maybe a little longer, and my skin did seem a bit smoother in some spots. It wasn’t some huge before-and-after thing, though, especially for the price. Also, I don’t know if it was this or something else I was using at the time, but a few days my skin felt kind of dry after. It’s not bad, just not sure I’d buy it again.

"Easy enough, but still waiting on an apology"
I found what I needed quickly, and checkout was simple with no confusing pages or weird glitches. The whole thing went smoothly, honestly. That said, I’m still expecting an apology for the earlier hassle I had to deal with, because it would’ve been nice for someone to acknowledge it.

"Works well, even if it’s a bit pricey"
I’ve been using it it does what it’s supposed to do. Yeah, it costs more than I’d like, but I don’t think that means it’s a bad buy. If something actually works, I’m okay paying a little extra, even if I wish it were cheaper.

"Not Bad, But Too Harsh for My Skin"
I used the face wash and cream for a few weeks, i really wanted to like them because I’m usually drawn to skincare that promises smoother skin. To be fair, my skin did start looking a bit softer and more even, but I also ended up with red patches and some stinging after using it. I do have sensitive skin, so I’m probably a little biased against anything that irritates me. Customer service was fine, nothing amazing or terrible, but I really wish they had given a clearer warning for people with sensitive skin

"A little sticky and not super clear"
It feels a bit sticky when I use it, which isn’t the best, but it’s not totally bad either. I just wish the instructions were clearer because I wasn’t really sure what the next steps were supposed to be after applying it

I’ve ordered from them a few times now, and I’ve always felt safe doing it. That’s a big deal for me because I’m kind of paranoid about ordering online sometimes, probably because I once had a package disappear for a week and then randomly show up during a rainstorm. Anyway, everything with them has felt secure and straightforward, and I haven’t had any weird issues.

I had a question about my order, i don’t have a lot of patience for slow customer service or getting passed around. But they got back to me way faster than I expected, were actually nice, explained everything in a simple way, and fixed the issue without turning it into a whole thing. I really appreciated that. It definitely makes ordering from rodanandfields.com feel a lot less stressful.

I really like this scent. It smells fresh and clean without being too strong or overwhelming. It’s just the right amount of fragrance, and I’d definitely use it again.

"Turns Out Paying a Bit More Wasn’t the Disaster I Expected"
I’ll admit, I was a little hesitant at first because the prices aren’t exactly bargain-bin friendly. But, plot twist, the products actually last way longer than I expected since I only need a small amount each time. My skin feels better too, which is annoyingly convincing. Shipping was totally fine, no drama there. So yeah, despite my initial skepticism, I’d buy again.

I’ve been using Rodan + Fields for a few weeks, and overall I’m happy with it. My skin definitely looks smoother, and ordering was simple enough. Shipping was totally fine too. The only reason I’m sticking with 4 stars is because my cheeks got dry and a little irritated in the beginning. I ended up using it less often, which helped, but I feel like that could’ve been preventable with clearer instructions about easing into it. It’s better now, so I’m still glad I tried it.

I’ve ordered from rodanandfields a couple of times now, both orders went smoothly. The website was easy enough to figure out, checkout didn’t give me any trouble, and my stuff arrived when it was supposed to. I’ve liked the products I’ve tried so far too. The only thing is, I’m always a little wary of having to deal with customer service with online stores, so I’m glad I haven’t needed to contact them. Overall, it’s been a good experience, and I’d probably order again.

I was happy that there were no out-of-stock issues. Every item I clicked on was available, and the quantities seemed to update properly too, which I always notice because it drives me crazy when something looks available until checkout. The whole process felt smooth, and I didn’t have to swap anything out or go hunting for alternatives.
